• Lift Station   -   Not currently open to bids
• Waste Collection/Trash Services   -   will accept bids in second half of 2027

Bid Submission Procedures

To participate in any bid, please follow these steps:

1. Download Bid Documents

Each bid opportunity includes downloadable documents, including scope and specifications.

2. Perpare and Submit Proposal

Follow the instructions listed in the bid documents. Submissions can be made via:

• Email: Email your bid to the address provided in the bid documents.
• Mail/In-Person: City Clerk, 201 S. Elm, PO Box 149, Whitewater KS 67154
• Council Meeting Bid Presentation: Some projects may require or recommend attending a City Council meeting and presenting your proposal before the council members. This will be scheduled through the city clerk and detailed in the bid description.

3. Status Update

Vendors will be notified via email or phone call from either the city clerk or department head once decisions are made.
